The Dade County Wolverine track and field team hosted the Dade County Classic on Monday, March 18, after it was postponed on March 15 due to weather.

Dade hosted six teams including Sequatchie, Tenn., South Pittsburgh, Tenn., North Jackson, Ala., Dalton Academy, Cornerstone Christian, Ala., and Valley Head, Ala.

“We still have a long way to go to compete in the region, but I am pleased with where we are,” coach Steve Green said. “We had 29 personal records today with some strong marks in areas.
