Revised Basketball Schedules Are Released After Game Cancellations

Old Man Winter wreaked havoc on the Dade County High School Wolverine basketball season last week as the bitter cold, snow, and ice postponed several games and as the season draws to an end caused scheduling problems to an already busy schedule.

After much effort, the remaining Wolverine basketball schedule for the boys and girls and junior varsity teams look like this:

• Monday Jan. 22, Chattooga at Dade, 6 and 7:30 p.m.
• Tuesday, Jan. 23, Section at Dade, JV 4 and 5 p.m., Varsity 6:30 and 8 p.m.
• Thursday, Jan. 25, at Coosa, 6 and 7:30 p.m.
• Friday, Jan. 26, at Darlington, JV boys 4:30 p.m., Varsity 6 and 7:30 p.m.
• Tuesday, Jan. 30, Armuchee at Dade, JV 3:45 and 4:45 p.m., Varsity 6 and 7:30 p.m.
• Friday, Feb. 2, Trion at Dade, JV girls 4:30 p.m., Varsity 6 and 7:30 p.m.
• Monday, Feb. 5, Pepperell at Dade, 6 and 7:30 p.m.

Get out and support the Wolverine basketball teams as they look for a strong finish to end this year’s season.
