Bell Leads Dade’s Attack On Coosa, Dalton Academy

The Dade County High School Lady Wolverine volleyball team faced the Coosa Lady Eagles last week in a region match.
The Lady Wolverines took the first set by a score of 25-18 and then wrapped up the match in the second set by a score of 25-11 giving them the match 2-0.
Caroline Bell led Dade with seven kills, one dig, and one assist; Azairah Reed had 20 assists and two digs; Brooklyn Konrad six kills and three aces; and Alyson Jenkins had six digs.
The Lady Wolverines also faced Dalton Academy last week taking the first set 25-11 and the second set 25-10 and the match 2-0.
Bell came up big for DCHS again having seven kills and one assist; Azairah Reed had nine assists and two digs; and Anna Ballard had four digs and one assist.
The Lady Wolverines also faced Christian Heritage last week, and after taking the first set 25-16, they dropped the next two sets 25-23 and 15-9 to drop the match 2-1.
Reed had 17 assists and seven digs, while Alyson Jenkins had 16 digs and three assists.
This week, Dade faced Oakwood Academy and South Pittsburg on Tuesday.
On Thursday, the team will travel to Coosa to face the Lady Eagles and the Pepperell’s Lady Dragons in region matches.
