DCHS Opens 2023 Volleyball Season
The Dade County High School Lady Wolverine volleyball team opened the 2023 season this week with matches at home on Tuesday against Gordon central and Lakeview Ft. Oglethorpe. The team travels to Oakwood Christian on Thursday with a match against Calhoun at 5 p.m., and Oakwood Christian at 6 p.m.
Lady Wolverine volleyball coach Carrie Morris stated, “We have a large group of seniors that we are looking to as leaders. There are several girls having to step into different roles than what they have been in the past but are expecting this group to rise to the challenge.”
The volleyball program has had a lot of success in the past and more of the same is expected this year.
