Wolverine Golf Team Gets Wins Over Armuchee Indians, Ridgeland Panthers

Dade County High School’s golf team defeated the Armuchee Indians last week at Stonebridge Golf Course in Rome, Ga.

The Wolverines were led by Mason Weathers who shot a 39 and was also low medalist for the round. His round was highlighted by one birdie and five pars.

Teammates Heath Walters (53), Avery Flatt (54), and Kooper Knight (61), and Ethan Williams (61) also contributed to the win.

The Wolverines took the match 183-207

On Friday, April 14, Weathers again led the way to victory at Trenton Golf Club against the Ridgeland Panthers.

Weathers (36) shot an even par round that included two birdies, five pars, and two bogeys. Both Heath Walters and Avery Flatt had rounds of 48, each highlighted by three pars.

Ethan Williams shot a 56, and Lucas Weathers shot a 62.

The Wolverines took the match 188 to 214.
