Berean Academy would battle back in the second quarter as the Wolverines had trouble scoring, managing only three points, to tie the game at the end of the first half, 17-17.

This will be a big week for the Wolverines as they battle for the fourth playoff spot in the region to advance to the state tournament next week.

The Wolverines faced Armuchee on Tuesday and had to win to hold on to fourth place. The top four teams advance to the state tournament.

On Friday the Wolverines travel to Trion to face the Bulldogs in another must win game depending on what Pepperell and Coosa do.

Dade currently holds a one game lead over Pepperell and Coosa. The Wolverines hold the tie–breaker over Pepperell, but Coosa holds the tie–breaker over the Wolverines. So, the Wolverines need to win both games or Pepperell and Coosa each need to lose one if the Wolverines win just one. Anyway, it will be an exciting finish to the season.
