The final regular season game of the year was scheduled for the Lady Indians of Chattooga but game stats for that game were not available. The stats show the game was started but not completed.

The Lady Wolverines traveled to Mount Vernon High School for the first round of the state tournament this week.

The format this year is a regional format where four teams will play a double elimination tournament at the site of a top seed team. The winner of the tournament will advance to Columbus for the state finals tournament.

The Lady Wolverines will be in the tournament with Mount Vernon, Jasper County, and Rabun County.

The Lady Wolverines faced Rabun County yesterday. The loser of that game played at 2 p.m., and the winner played at 4 p.m. The tournament will then finish today with the winner advancing to Columbus.

Good luck to the Lady Wolverines as they look for a return trip to Columbus!
