Wolverines Named To All–Region Team, Poston Is Coach Of The Year

The Dade County Wolverine football team was well represented on the All–Region 7-AA Team announced last week.

Wolverine head coach Jeff Poston was name Coach of the Year for Region 7-AA and Cody Williams was named Co-Defensive Player of the Year.

On the First Team Offense were Cayden Cooper, Brodie Swader, and Austin Sorrelle.

Named to the Second Team Offense were: Brody Cooper, Zeke Wheeler, and David Cole.

Isaac Pangle was named to the First Team Defense and Landon Williams and Xander Lynch were named to Second Team Defense.

Honorable Mention selections were Everett Christianson, Braylon Sullivan, Zac Counts, Andrew Buffington, Caleb Massey, and Eli Kimball.

Congratulations to all the Wolverine players named to the All-Region Team and Coach Jeff Poston for this special honor. It was a great season and everyone is excited about the Wolverines’ future.
