Allman, Anderson Sign Letters Of Intent

Dade County High School track and field coach Steve Green announced last week the signing of two seniors to participate in track and field in college.

Clay Allman signed with Bluffton College in Bluffton, Ohio, which is a Division III program. He will participate in pole vault and middle distance.

Bluffton head coach Chris Scott said, “We are excited about Clay, being a part of our Bluffton University Track and Field team. I think he is going to mix with everyone very well.”

Coach Steve Green said, “Clay has worked very hard for out track and field program for the last three seasons, and I am proud of his bold step to go represent at the next level.”

Jace Anderson signed a scholarship to run in hurdles for NAIA program Reinhart University. Jace will participate in hurdles and relays.

Coach Green said, “I could not be more proud and excited for Jace. He is a model athlete for Dade County who has put in a lot of work to be where he is today. I believe if he dedicates with the Eagles program the same as he did for us, he can be an All-Conference and an All-American athlete one day.”
