KAREN CLOUD
Karen Rene’ Hampton Cloud, 56, of Trenton, unexpectedly passed away Friday, Dec. 20, 2024.
Born Sept. 23, 1968, in Trenton, Karen was the daughter of the late George L. Hampton and Eva B. Graham Lacey. A lifelong resident of Dade County, she dedicated herself to her family as a devoted homemaker and was a gifted writer. She had a passion for gardening, canning, and flower arranging. Karen was of the Baptist faith.
Karen is survived by her partner, Jeff Thomas; daughters, Lorina Eve Dawn Moore, Shirley May Cloud, Sarah Danielle Moore, and Marlina Jean Moore; grandchildren, Kaden, Kyla, Kalyn, Kase, Alesscia, Yevan, Kyler, Chloe, Loriahna, Braxton, Jayse, Zeus, Achilles, Remington, and Montana; brother, Timothy Hampton; sisters, Carolyn Applegate, Rebecca Molnar, and Tina McBryar.
A memorial service will be Friday, Jan.10, at noon in the Trenton chapel, with Pastor Carl Towns officiating, alongside her daughters and close family members.

PENNY GAMBLE
Penny Gamble, 66, of Trenton, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2024.
Penny was born Aug, 6, 1958, in Bridgeport, Ala., to Earl Fowler Gore and Mildred Massengale Gore. A longtime resident of Trenton, she dedicated herself as a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Bridgeport. For over 25 years, Penny worked with Jake Marshall Service in Chattanooga, where she excelled as an Office Manager. She had a passion for traveling and was an avid reader of romance novels. Her greatest joy came from her family, and she treasured the time spent creating lasting memories.
Penny was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Dewayne Gamble, and her father, Earl F. Gore.
She is survived by her sons, Kevin Pyburn and James Tatum; granddaughter, Bailey Pyburn; mother, Mildred Massengale Gore; sister, Gayla (Gary W.) Thomas; brother, Skip Gore; extended family.
Funeral services were Monday, Dec. 30, in the Trenton chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Pastor Michael Kilgore officiating. Interment was at Smith Cemetery in Flat Rock, Ala.
Memorial donations be made in Penny’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Alzheimer’s Association, or the Tri-State Humane Society in Trenton, Georgia.

PAMELA ANN PEDERSEN
Pamela Ann Pedersen, 63, of Bryant, Ala., passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Dec. 23, 2024.
Survivors include her sons, Shawn (Muriel) Hassell and Michael Coleman; grandchildren, Vic Hassell, Lillian and Elizabeth Hassell and Gwenivere Hassell.
No formal services will be held at this time.
Pam will be laid to rest at Mount Hope Cemetery in North Attleborough, Mass.
