Woodwalkers for Water Raises $32,185 For Uganda Water Projects

Southeast Lineman Training Center hosted its annual fundraising event, Woodwalkers for Water, on Friday, February 9th. Each year, SLTC partners with “neverthirst,” a non-profit organization based in Birmingham, Ala., to raise money for clean water projects. While neverthirst works in eight different countries, SLTC specifically raises money for projects in Uganda. With 155 STLC students participating, this year’s climb-a-thon raised $32,185.
