Emanuel Released on Bond

Anthony Emanuel, former mayor of Trenton who was arrested on July 7 for one count of child molestation, appeared in the Dade County Superior Court on July 27 for a bond hearing.
Superior Court Judge Brian House set the bond at $500,000.
Emanuel has since been released on bond from the Dade County Jail.
I would like to know the name of the judge who is allowing Anthony Emanuel to live in the same house as my 10 year old nephew!
This puts a child in the worst kind of danger and someone needs to do something about it.
