BEN BLEVINS
Benjamin Matthew Blevins, infant son of Hali Mae Gilbert and Chase Blevins, passed away Wednesday, April 5, 2023.
Though only here four months, he was a wonderful baby and loved by everyone.
He was preceded in death by sister, Vivian Blevins.
In addition to his parents, survivors include his brother, Lane Blevins; grandparents, Angela and Scott Gilbert, Starla and Matthew Blevins, Chasity and Evan Gilbert, Carol and Chuck Haggard; uncles, Jeremiah, Jonah, Benjamin, Elijah and Houston Gilbert; aunts, Maddie Gilbert and Hannah Blevins; and cousins.
A memorial service was Monday, April 10, in the Bryant chapel of Moore Funeral Home.

EULA GRANT
Eula V. Grant, 88, of Bryant, Ala., passed away Thursday, April 6, 2023.
Eula was born Aug. 9, 1934, to the late George and Vandie Roberts Leonard. She was the original Avon lady in Bryant and a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church. Eula was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great–great-grandmother and was known by most as MawMaw.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Grant; son, Jackie Lynn Grant; several brothers and one sister.
Survivors include her grandchildren, Chad (Shelly) Grant and Scarlett (Rob) Hannah; great-grandchildren, Hannah Grant, Dylan Grant, T.J. (Rachel) Upton, Mattie (Logan Townson) Hannah and Luke Hannah; great–great-grandchildren, Gabby, Harper and Jeremiah; daughter in-law, Margaret Grant Siniard; nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services were Tuesday, April 11, at the Bryant chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Chad Grant and Brother Wayne Winters officiating. Interment was at Ebenezer Baptist Cemetery in Bryant, Ala.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Cumberland Health and Rehab in Bridgeport, Ala., and Enhabit Hospice of Scottsboro, Ala., for their compassionate care.

RUTH WHITE
Oma Ruth White, 90, of Bryant, Ala., passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2023.
Ruth was born April 21, 1932, to the late Andy and Ella Mae Cooper Hicks. She was a wonderful cook and canned the vegetables from her garden. Ruth was also an excellent seamstress and made baby quilts for each of her grandchildren. She loved her family and her cat “Baby.”
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Raymond White; children, Linda White and Gary White; siblings, Melba Cookston, Velma Campbell, Glen Hicks and Joyce McGuire.
Survivors include her children, Shelia Bozarth, Teresa (Roy) Brazier, Dora Lee Lowrey, Debbie (Wayne) Hawkins, Pamela (Ricky) Sartin, Larry White, Jeff (Audra) White, and Alan White; siblings, Ricky (Tiny) Hicks, David Hicks, Hazel (Robby) Robertson; grandchildren, Greg (Jamie) White, Chris (Abby) White, Lee Ann (Michael) Guffey, Jimmy Hardison, Chad (Kelli) Hawkins, Ashley (Shawn) Morgan, Jeffrey (Dawn) Hawkins, Stacy (Martha Lee) Hawkins, Chelsea (Michael) Crane, Adam (Brittany) Bozarth, Joseph Brazier, Rachel (Jon) Cochran, Dusty White, and Garrett White; 29 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at noon ET today, April 12, at the Bryant chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Minister Charles Cochran and Brother David Marona officiating. Interment will be at Bryant Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 11 a.m., until the funeral hour.
