MAEZELL BONE

Maezell Bowman Bone, 81, of Trenton, passed away Sunday, April 2, 2023.

Maezell was born Oct.12, 1941, to the late Ben and Bessie Bowman. She was a member of Griffin Holiness and Higdon Holiness Church. Maezell received the Holy Ghost at Black Oak Holiness Church in 1991. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, yard sales and tending to her flowers and garden. Most of all, she loved her family and was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Charles Bone; sisters, Earline “Dean” Barron and Maxine Thomas; and niece, Sandra Higdon.

Survivors include her daughter, Kay (Rodney) Blevins; grandchildren, Autumn (Curtis) Enoch and Brandy (David) Hyman; great-grandchildren, Remington and Kennedy Enoch; nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were Tuesday, April 4, at the Trenton chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Wayne Guffey and Brother Edwin Spurgeon officiating. She was laid to rest at Bryant Holiness Cemetery.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Amedysis Hospice, Tanya Pearson and Susan Clark for their compassionate care.

LYNDA MCSPADDEN

Lynda McSpadden, 74, of the West Brow Community of Lookout Mountain, passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2023.

Linda was of the Baptist faith and was attending Calvary Baptist Church in Trenton. She was a member of the Dade County Chapter #552 Order of the Eastern Star.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Christine Fowler Williams.

Survivors include her husband of 34 years, Randal McSpadden; children, Glenn (Jennifer) McDaniel of New Salem, and Cynthia (Gary) Daniel of Lookout Mountain; grandchildren, Jarret and Mandy McDaniel, Mindy (Brandon) Baker, Andrew (Rebecca)Daniel, and Makayla Daniell; seven great-grandchildren; brothers, Marvin (Donna) Williams, and Roger Williams; nieces and nephews.

PATRICIA MORGAN

Patricia R. Morgan, 69, of Trenton, passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2023.

Pat was the baby of 13 children born to the late Rich and Jesse Morgan on Sept. 2, 1953. She was a member of the East Brow Community Church, had a servant’s heart and was always ready to help, always giving more than she could ever take.  She had the gift of service and had spent the last 45 years of her life being a second mother and grandmother to her nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Malcolm Melvin, Troy, Talmage, Leonard, James, and Leon; sisters, Katherine, Vanita Ann, Wanda Faye, and Jane; grandchildren, Madi Dickerson and Judah Witt.

Survivors include her brothers, Malcolm (Wanda) Morgan and Roy (Janice) Morgan; nieces and nephews, Shelly (Dan) Kesler, Carla Morgan Dickerson, Corey (Jeremy) Witt, Dwaine (Lacey) Morgan; great-nieces and nephews, Jacob Kesler, Kayleigh, Hunter, Cooper Dickerson, Bailey, Bryson, Jude Witt, Avery Smith; other nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life was Saturday, April 1, at East Brow Community Church with Brother Charles Smith officiating.  Interment will be held at a later date at Brown’s Gap Cemetery.
