CHRISTIAN COLLINS

Christian (Chris) Lynn Collins, 53, of Trenton, passed away Thursday, Oct. 6, 2022.

Chris was born October 16th, 1968 in Boaz, AL to Bobby Collins and Charlene Adams. He was a loving husband and father. He studied at Auburn University and had successful career in the telecommunications industry that led to owning his own business.

Chris enjoyed baseball at every level and college football. He was very engaged in helping his children and others have every opportunity to develop their skills in sports and loved visiting the beach. Chris lived with passion and joy. He knew the Lord’s love and grace and generously shared it with others.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby. Survivors include his wife, Georja; children, Cole, Griffin, and Olivia; stepchildren, Jade and Haven; mother, Charlene, step-mother Margo;  siblings, Betty, April, Bobby, and Tina; extended family members.

Memorial services were Friday, Oct. 14 at Calvary Chapel in Chattanooga, TN. Memorial donations may be

DARELL JONES

Darell Lebron Jones, Sr., 70, of Trenton, passed away Saturday, Oct. 15, 2022.

Darell was born in Chattanooga, TN, on Aug. 6, 1952. He was of the Baptist faith. He grew up in East Lake and graduated from Kirkman Technical High school. He was a member of the Lookout Valley Masonic Lodge and The Chattanooga Half-Century Club. Darell retired from Yale Carolinas after 40 years. He loved his family dearly and enjoyed antique cars, old westerns, and cat fishing.

He was preceded in death by his parents who raised him; Cicero and Stella Green; step–sister, Lorena McGarvey; birth parents, John E. and Vonda Jones; and sister, Julene Crane. Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Donna Shelton Blaylock-Jones; sons, Lebron (Brooke) Jones, Tim (Donnell) Jones, James Blaylock; daughter Daniyale (Jason) Sweeton; brother, John (Diane) Jones; sister, Gayle Staples; step-brother Tommy Baxter; grandchildren, Taylor (Jerica) Jones, Annsleigh Jones, Greyson Jones, Cassidy Jones, Tyler Blaylock, Mary Ashlyn Blaylock; great-granddaughter, Georgia Jones; nieces and nephews.

CAROL MULLINS

Carol Elaine Mullins, 74, of Trenton, passed away Thursday, Oct. 13, 2022.

Carol was born in Brownsville, TN, on Nov. 19, 1947, to the late Jack and Nellie Mullins. She retired from Hudson Wire after many years of service. She loved her family dearly and cared for them throughout the years. She will be immensely missed by all who knew her.

Survivors include her siblings, William “Buddy” (Loretta) Mullins; James (Pansy) Mullins, Eddie (Jennifer) Mullins and Marsha Ann Mullins Culpepper; nieces and nephews.

REGENIA POWELL

Regenia Blevins Powell, 73, of Trenton, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2022.

She was a 1967 graduate of Rossville High School and was retired from Gill Manufacturing Company after being one of the first hired. Regenia was a member of White Oak Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Powell; son, Scott Beagles; parents, Roy and Imogene Blevins. Survivors include her daughter, Tina McBryar of Trenton; grandchildren, Trina McBryar, Dalton McBryar, William Beagles, and Darrin Beagles; sister, Sandra (H.A.) McKaig; brothers, Robert (Tina) Blevins, Roy (Diane) Blevins, and Paul Blevins; nieces, nephews, and adopted grandchildren.
