PEGGY ANN CALDWELL
Hannah Peggy Ann Caldwell, 84, of Warner Robins, formerly of Trenton, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2020.
She was born June 11, 1936, to the late George and Hannah Grimes Green in Nashville, Tenn.
She is preceded in death by her most recent husband of 12 years Lonnie Caldwell before passing in 2001; prior husband, John A. Butler of seven years before passing in 1985; and her first husband and father of her children, Marcell Graves before his passing in 1977; several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her son, Joseph “Joe” and Starla Graves of Warner Robins; granddaughters, Britney K. Graves and fiancé, D.J. Lutjen, and Courtney N. Graves; great–granddaughters, Kali Joe Graves and Brooklyn Ray Lutjen; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were Friday, Oct. 23, in the chapel of Ryan Funeral Home with Pastor Randy Tinker and Rev. D.D. Bain officiating. Interment was in Lake Hills Memorial Gardens.

RICHARD CUZZORT
Richard Wayne Cuzzort, 78, of Trenton, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2020.
He was retired from Mueller Foundry in Chattanooga, Tenn., and was a graduate of Marion County High School.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Riley and Margaret Dagnan Cuzzort and wives, Paulette Cuzzort and Linda Sue Cuzzort; sister, Claudia Hawkins.
Survivors include daughters, Cristy King, Trenton and Misty (Ricky) Gunter, Rome; sons, Wayne (Allison) Cuzzort and Mike Cuzzort, both of Trenton; step-sons, Rodney (Sharon) Graham and Morris Graham, both of Dayton, Tenn.; 13 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sisters, Susan Huffstatler, Janice Morgan, Diane Clark, Trenton; and Marlene Crocker of Higdon, Ala.; brother, Eddie Cuzzort, Bryant, Ala.
Funeral services were Thursday, Oct. 22 in the chapel of Ryan Funeral Home with Rev. DeWayne Moon officiating. Interment was in Shantytown Cemetery.

LUCILLE ELLISON
Emma Lucille Ellison, 91, of Trenton, born Sept. 22, 1929, passed away Saturday, Oct. 24, 2020 after her battle with leukemia.
Lucille was a graduate of Marion County High School in Marion County, Tenn., and worked many years as a seamstress in Chattanooga, Tenn. She was a longtime active member of White Oak Baptist Church in Trenton. She was an artist, sharing her love of sewing, embroidery and quilting with her family and friends.
Lucille’s smile and wisdom will always be remembered by all who knew and loved her.
She was predeceased by her husband, C. O. (Sonny) Ellison; parents, Hiram Buel and Lena Grayson Ridge; brothers, Paul Ridge, Claude Ridge and Harold Ridge; special nephew, Donnie Ellison and his wife Jan Palmer Ellison.
Survivors include her special nephew, Lonnie (Freda) Ellison; sisters, Lela Holland and Leota (Charles) Dunlap; great–nieces and nephews, Holly (Shawn) Moore, Julie (Frank) Schwabe, Clinton (Amber) Ellison, Kara (Daniel) Silvers, Ginger (Jimmy) Mullins, Rebecca (Byron) Payne, Sarah (Joey) Hughes, and John Henry Ellison; fourteen great-grandchildren she called her own; many other in-laws, nieces, and nephews; special friend, Martha Payne Morgan.
Funeral services were Monday, Oct. 26 in the Trenton chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Daniels officiating. Interment was in Payne’s Chapel Cemetery, Flat Rock, Ala.

JAMES LILES
James Richard Liles, 66, of Trenton, passed away Monday, Oct. 19, 2020.
He was retired from Valmont Industries in Jasper, Tenn. He was veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was of the Baptist faith. He was a 1973 graduate of Rossville High School.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Rufus and Alma Jean Talley Liles.
Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Deborah Ford Liles, Trenton; daughter, Athena (Allen) Lancaster, Trenton; son, James Aaron (Jennifer) Liles, Trenton; sister, Debbie Liles, Trenton; brother, Dale Liles, LaFayette; grandchildren, Bailey Lancaster, Adam Lancaster, Lacy Grace Lancaster, Kaylea Liles, and Nolan Liles; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were Thursday, Oct. 22 in the chapel of Ryan Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Gregg officiating. Interment was in Jack Ford Cemetery, Trenton.

JUANITA ROSS
Juanita McCarty Ross, 83, of Rising Fawn, passed away Monday, Oct. 19, 2020.
She retired after 20 plus years of service from Chattanooga City School Systems where she worked at the Transportation Headquarters on Dodds Avenue. She attended Edgewood Baptist Church and enjoyed her fellowship time at the Dade County Senior Center.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Rettia McCarty; brothers, John David McCarty, Roosevelt McCarty, and Lanson McCarty.
Survivors include her children, Deborah Diane Mathis, David (Linetta) Ross, and Rebecca Smith, all of Rising Fawn; grandchildren, Matthew Ross, Katie Mathis, David Lee Ross, Shelby Smith, and Abby Smith; great-grandchildren, Bryce Ross, Cole Ross, and Lily Hill.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date with interment being in McCarty Family Cemetery in Salyersville, Ky.
