Chiropractor gives advice on immunity health during the COVID-19 pandemic

The Trenton-Dade Optimist Club invited Chiropractor Chad McDill to its Oct. 20 meeting to discuss how the public can better protect their immune systems from COVID-19.


McDill’s findings came from a collaboration with Internal Medicine Specialist Dr. Charles Adams. McDill said the prime objective is to strengthen the immune system and the “T” cells that help fight viruses and cancers.


“You have to change your habits,” McDill said.


McDill said his mother followed these steps when she was exposed to COVID-19 and that by following McDill and Adams’ research, she was eventually healthy and able to return to normal life.


“This is personal to me,” McDill said.


McDill said the first step is to contact a chiropractor to get “home, outdoor and open-air adjustment to remove subluxations.” McDill said to follow the remaining steps while waiting to be seen by the Chiropractor.


The next step is to take 1,000 milligrams of Vitamin C every hour. McDill said to slack off every two to four hours if stomach cramps or diarrhea occur and continue the hourly intake when the stomach calms down.


The third step is “Stoss Therapy”. This means to take a single dose of 50,000 IU of Vitamin D.


The fourth step is to take 100,000 IU of Vitamin A three times a day for three to seven days. McDill said to mix Vitamin A with a shot glass or teaspoon of olive oil or coconut oil because Vitamin A works best when mixed with fats. McDill said that anyone suffering from liver or kidney disease should take a smaller dosage over fewer days.


The fifth step is to take food grade or pharmaceutical grade peroxide hourly on the first day, then three to four times a day afterward. McDill said to not use brown bottle or household peroxide. The correct peroxide can be found at McDill said to dilute one part peroxide to 20 parts of distilled water and salt and nebulize down 3 ccs. 


“This should take 10 minutes,” McDill said. “Mask on – inhale. Mask off – exhale.”


The sixth step is to take a single teaspoon of Argentyn Silver 23 and place it under the tongue for 30 seconds seven times daily. It can also be taken like ear drops, with two to six drops placed in the ear for three minutes, three times daily. McDill said it can also be nebulized, which would calculate to two ccs four to six times daily.


The seventh step is 10 drops of five tablets of Iodine twice a day for three to five days.


The eighth step is 15 to 50 milligrams of Zinc three to four times daily for three days.


The ninth step is 200 milligrams of Quercetin twice daily.


The final step is a peroxide bath with two cups of Epsom Salts and a single cup of “swimming pool strength” peroxide.
