American Legion Post 106 Honor Guard conducts Memorial Day Service
The American Legion Post 106 Honor Guard conducted a Memorial Day event at Veteran’s Park in Trenton on May 25 to honor the men and women of Dade County who died while serving the U.S. Military.
Honor Guard Member Gary Moore conducted a small speech to honor the fallen military members of the community. The Honor Guard also conducted a 21 gun salute in which weapons are fired to honor the United States flag.
At 3 p.m. Larry Hackman performed the national playing of “Taps”.
