Candidates Answer Citizens’ Questions at New Home Meet and Greet

Photo by Lydia Berglar – Over 40 people (including candidates) gathered at the New Home Community Center on Friday, March 15th for the New Home Meet and Greet. Citizens had the opportunity to ask questions. For nearly two hours, candidates and citizens discussed topics ranging from a house bill preventing some foreign entities from buying Georgia land to industry, infrastructure, and zoning in Dade County to local history and culture to education and job training to integrity and accountability of boards, authorities, and elected officials.
