DA Fuller’s Statement On Lawlessness, Riots, Failed Prosecutorial Leadership In California
From District Attorney Clayton M. Fuller’s Office:
“We will not tolerate violent protests in Northwest Georgia. Not now, not ever. We do not allow our communities to be burned, looted, or overrun by mobs while prosecutors sit on their hands and prosecute cops instead of violent protestors. That may fly in Los Angeles, Chicago, or New York, but it won’t happen here—not on my watch.”
DA Fuller, who also serves as a member of the Air National Guard and deployed to the Middle East last year, has fifteen years of experience in domestic operations and the law on use-of-force and offered his services to Governor Brian Kemp to personally step in where others have failed:
“Soros prosecutors like George Gascón and Alvin Bragg have created this lawless environment, and if they won’t do their jobs, I’d be happy to raise my hand and deploy to show what real prosecutorial leadership looks like. This isn’t about politics—it’s about keeping people safe. I know the law, I know the rules of engagement, and I know how to restore order.
“This culture of lawlessness is not a coincidence. It’s the product of Soros-backed prosecutors who are more concerned with sowing chaos than justice. The people of Northwest Georgia elected me to be a law-and-order leader, and I will never apologize for that. We charge crimes, we hold offenders accountable, and our communities are safer because of it.
“We stand with ICE as well as federal and local law enforcement as they detain and deport illegal immigrants. If foreign nationals want to wave foreign flags and burn Northwest Georgia cities while attacking our law enforcement partners, they’ll find out real quick, this is not California. I will make sure you are locked up for a long time.”
