BJ Hartline

My name is Boyd Hartline Jr., and I am proud to announce that I am seeking election in the Dade County, GA. District 4 2024 election.

I am a lifelong resident of Dade County, growing up in Headriver. Now, I am a homeowner in the New Salem community where I reside with my wife and son. I have owned my own business for five years, and actively volunteer as a firefighter and EMT with two of our local fire departments.

As a lifelong resident, I know the importance of maintaining our county, ensuring that our growth is for the better, and preserving our county so that future generations can continue to prosper. I am an independent thinker and will make decisions for the betterment of our county. I will seek professional advice when needed to ensure that we are making the most informed decisions possible.

I support trade programs in schools and will prioritize investments in our youth. If elected, I want to put a stop to the wasteful spending of citizens’ tax dollars, focusing on completing previously approved projects that have fallen to the wayside. I will focus on the healthy growth of our county via businesses and jobs. I believe in transparency and that the citizens should know what is happening in their county.

I will listen to the citizens so that I can better represent them and their wants and needs. I plan to accomplish this by attending public functions within my district and holding regular town hall meetings so that I can speak with my district and hear the citizens’ concerns.

I appreciate your support in the upcoming election. For questions, feel free to reach out to me at 423-762-6058.
